Lust List: Sportswear

Firstly, an apology for my lack of posts this month. I started the year raring to go and seem to have only uploaded one post which I admit is a poor effort. One of my favourite posts to write each month is "according to my iPhone" but sadly (and equally happily) I got a new phone last week and it didn't restore my back up, resulting in no pictures from December to upload in a post.

Currently, January feels like the longest month ever and I think it's due to the fact I chose to get paid on Christmas Eve as opposed to New Years Eve and my funds are now struggling to stretch over five weeks. We all kid ourselves that you don't need to spend much over Christmas but I think my wage deteriorated rapidly because of last minute Christmas gifts, December birthdays and a too much of a good time on New Year's Eve... oops.

At the same as noticing that I'm well and truly skint I also noticed that my gym clothes are looking old and tired - convenient that these things stick out to you when you have no money to spend. My solution? Online window shopping, of course.

I thought I'd share my current sportswear wish-list with you seeing as it's January and I know many of you may have upped the workouts in order to shift the Christmas pounds. Generally speaking I've kept up a pretty solid exercise routine for the past year and go to the gym around three times a week with a few outdoor runs squeezed in too but I really need to get back to it after a slack few weeks.

I always think when you feel comfortable in the clothes you wear to exercise you have a little extra confidence to push yourself further. These are a few pieces I know would motivate me to get up and out so I hope you find some inspiration too.

  2. Online window shopping should definitely be a sport too... You've picked out some great sportswear items, and I'm loving Missguided's new range!! I've mostly got my stuff from Primark, and noticed they've put some new stuff in-store as well this past week, so if you're ever near one you should check out their stuff too! :) xx
